A shared inbox and help desk for businesses built on Slack
Sharedinbox allows businesses to manage customer support communications from within Slack. It also allows teams collaborate on shared emails without having to share passwords with everyone.
The Challenge
There was a need to design content that clearly communicates how Sharedinbox can help potential users.
Users also needed a detailed but easy-to-use guidance for the features of Sharedinbox.
The Process
I pair-wrote clear, concise and easy to understand content for the end-to-end journey of Sharedinbox users. This was also compliant with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
I used feedback from user testing to ensure appropriate content is shown where needed. These were also supported with other visual formats to enrich the written content.
I also designed the content for the help section, simplifying complex or technical language using clear, concise words that the users can understand.
